Bell bottoms are back and I am happy. Although I find you have to be ridiculously thin for it to look good. In my case, my hips are as wide as the bottom, so I'm not quite sure I can pull it off, but I find it so nice! Especially how they are styled in this

Chloe pair but the chances that I can actually afford them are about slim to none. Sad.
