Daydreaming at the office is a wonderful pastime. Today, I was thinking of the trip I would love to take next year to the South of France. I never really considered going to Biarritz before. My extended family lived in the south of France but rather in Saint-Tropez or Nice or Beaule or Provence. But then I started reading Dandelion Daydreamer and the author lives in Biarritz and now I want to go so bad! And while I am on the subject of the South of France, why not talk about one of my idols who to me embodies the carelessness and joie de vivre associated with this region? Vive Brigitte!

Somewhere over the rainbow

So I've been daydreaming a lot lately about traveling. My little sister is touring Europe, my best friend is going to Spain next week, my friend MJ is in Hawaii baby...I feel left out here!! I want to go sailing the high seas, climb rainforest surrounded mountains,  take a billion pictures, meet new people, discover new cultures, eat all kind of delicious sweetness...hey a girl can dream from her cubicle. So dreaming I am...And coincidentally I have had Hawaii on my mind for a long long time...The culture, the surf, the people, the landscapes.  Fascinating. Must. Go. Now.
