I was reading on Perez Hilton's last night about Jay-Z's new book: Decoded, which decodes 36 of Hova's greatest success. Already, this is a pretty awesome concept. What is even more awesome is the cover of the book which is one of Andy Warhol's Rorschach painting. I must say that I was not familiar with these series of painting, having been put in contact only with Warhol's most mainstream work. But man, this series is INCREDIBLE. Using his pour-and-fold technique, Warhol created symetrical networks, some with distinct genitalia imagery. Warhol allegedly got inspired from Swiss psychiatrist Hermann Rorschach eponymous test, in which a patient is asked to describe 10 standardized blots. Brilliant!
