I recently read an interview in which the interviewer asked: if money, time and other constraints were no issue, what would your ideal day be like? That's a though one. Now, i'm going to be the biggest cheese ball on the planet, but i do believe that each day is what you make of it. You can decide to have a good or bad day. My friend Kim always said to me: everything is a choice. She's right, i see that now. So while i tend to do things that make me happy on the regular, if I could have a day where i could do anything, here's what it would be:
Wake up: late morning. Beautiful sun-filled white room with flowers and a view. Man of my dream by my side. I would eat eggs Benedict and take my shower with him and cuddle with my dog. Then we would go explore (we are in Nevis or other old Caribbean destination). We laugh, we hike, we take pictures. We drink cold water. We get back to our 5 star hotel and lounge by the pool. I read a good book or a magazine. Then we dine al fresco under the stars. We have sushi. We have love and laughter. There's reggae playing in the background. People are dancing. We go back to the room, we watch a really good movie and we make love. Then we sleep.
