Wet
Have you ever noticed how good it feels to let water drip over you from above? I'm dead serious here. Running in the rain is best. It's invigorating, it's motivating, it's cleansing. Similarly, if i'm in a bad mood or need to reflect or just need to relax, really, i take a shower. I don't run away from situations simply if I need to clear my head, i head in there. It's a safe haven. And i feel not only refreshed after (i'm stating the obvious here, am i?) but i feel focused. So next time you need to change your mind, you need a break or you need to put things into perspective, get under water. It's one of the best advice i have ever gotten. It works. xox
