A few reminders to feel even happier on the daily:
1. Eat more chocolate. It's my favorite thing in the world and dammit, i'll enjoy it.
2. Appreciate. Truly. Take some time to count your blessings.
3. Lear how insignificant things are. In the big picture, don't fuss the small stuff. It's not worth it.
4. Love yourself. Easier said then done, I know. But shit, if you don't learn to know yourself and to appreciate who you are first, how can you expect someone to do it?
5. Respect yourself. You know your limits. Nobody can tell you what is wrong or right. You and you alone can determine that.
6. Wear cozy things. Fuck brands and trends. Wear what makes you happy.
7. Be positive. Even in the midst of darkness, see the light. It's all about perception.
8. Be kind, for everyone you meet is fighting a hard battle. I can't remember who said it but it is so true.
