So...it's raining here in Montreal today and i thought, what better way to get through the day then to talk about cheese. For real. I am obsessed with cheese. I love all kind of cheeses, on anything. True story: when i went to Italy, i would eat Parmigiano Reggiano by the spoon. That's how much i love cheese. My new and current favorite flavor is: Smoked Gouda. It is heaven. Honestly, it rocks my world. My sandwiches taste so good. I can't wait to make homemade mac&cheese with it. Yum! So please do me a favor: run to your grocery store and by one. And enjoy. For me. xox
